- Run through the onboarding checklist for each applicant. They must have a valid:
- 1. Right to Work document (plus passport/driver licence if using EEA ID card)
- 2. Proof of Address document (x2 if a non-EEA citizen)
- 3. Insurance (scooter/car riders)
- If any of an applicant’s documents are unusual and you don’t recognise them, you can ask Supply Support for advice
- If any of the documents an applicant has brought are invalid, please explain that you cannot proceed with the onboarding. Let them know some examples of the correct documents they need to bring for next time
