The applicant will now be sent their Supplier Agreement.
To sign this, they simply need to open the email on their phone, follow the link, enter their address, read it and sign. Please ensure you give the applicant sufficient time to read through it.
If they have difficulties signing below are the most common tips to help solve the problem.
- Are they connected to Wi-Fi?
- Have the entered their postcode in capitals with a space in the middle?
- ➢ It should look like this, WC1E 7HJ as opposed to this, wc1e7hj
- Have they signed the agreement at the bottom?
- Have they clicked the button in the top corner to confirm?
- If you are still having trouble or the applicant has not received the agreement, then get in touch with the Supply Team via Slack (#rider-supply) who will be able to assist further.
