• Instruct applicants to check their email and follow the link to download the Rider App
• Help the applicant to download the app, using the link in the email
• Make sure applicants go into their settings and ‘trust’ the Deliveroo App
• Let applicants know that it may take up to 24 hours to activate their account - they will get an email once this is done
• Once their app is activated, they’ll be able to log in
