A giant shout out to Rockii and family for sharing your heritage and showing us how to make Pastelillos. It was fascinating to learn why Puerto Ricans celebrate Three Kings Day on January 6th instead of Christmas Day. Thank you to Kirsten and ACE for organizing this event.
