Youth and Children's Ministry

We are responsible for all activities involving the youth and children of the church.

This Includes

• Sunday School

  • We plan the curriculum for the weekly classes with the pastor and youth director 

  • We provide a nursery for infants and children up to 5 years old

  • We plan and host special events throughout the year, such as the Christmas pageant, Palm Sunday and Bible Sunday

• Youth Group

  • We support the youth director in planning and hosting events at Deerhurst and field trips for Junior High and Senior High age youth

• Vacation Bible School (VBS)

  • The VBS subcommittee recruits volunteers and plans the curruculum for the week of VBS
