Jeff will order the list below...
NEW: Do not buy this faucet to match the vanity http://www.signaturehardware.com/product9144# in oil rubbed bronze to fit 4" centerset drilled holes of vanity. Marg will indicate her order to GABE at somerville-- hopefully by end of Monday morning.
NEW: Tiling has now been corrected with Emily Vuono at Mosaic Tile.
TUB- JEFF WILL BUY - porcelein enameled steel to fit where present tub is 58.5 inches long and only 30" wide-- RIGHT DRAIN.
MIRROR for full bath: the wall is 53.5" from the wall to the tiling of the shower. 42" height DOES work for mirror slightly above the top rim of our pedestal sink but still slightly below the lighting fixture. I'm curious about a Beveled mirror covering most of the wall of the full bath above pedestal sink and toilet. Jeff will price the beveled edge vs. standard edge.
Shower rod - found cheap price here at Overstock.com. I like pearl and chrome.
Vent cover for full bath.
Medicine cabinet for full bath-- but Marg will check for the studs.
Lighting for full bathroom: plan to use present lighting fixture wiring but replace the fixture with something that Margaret buys. Let's put in a light above the sink (recessed) and exhaust system above the toilet (or shower).
Exhaust system for full bath and kitchen exhaust grill - maybe this from Home Depot or see other...Home Depot options
Kitchen Cabinet knobs -- Margaret told Beth at the cabinet place to go ahead and supply the standard brushed nickel knob.
For the kitchen shelves to be built above the new cabinets on wall, we will wait for now.
Full bath privacy window: we'll go with the "film" installation.
NEW: in kitchen above sink, please put in a recessed light instead of the crappy light fixture that is there.
NEW: Marg will visit Somerville to select kitchen sink, kitchen faucet system, shower faucets.
NEW: Marg will ask Somerville guy about insinkerators. I think ours is quite new, however. Jeff will check.

NEW: Marg found a lighting fixture for powder room. See 20.
NEW: For full bath, polished nickel hardware is all selected, working with Gabe at Somerville.
NEW:The powder room lighting fixture has been selected. Please order this. I will work with Gabe to send you matching hardware selections.
NEW Working with Mani, Marg selected "gold silver" granite at the showroom. Our piece's pattern is much less orange and busy than the one at the show room gallery and has more white than the web site; it's lovely and looks just like Lucky Dawg's hair. It has a slight green tone to the white; I didn't notice it strongly-- that's just a point that Mani made and I think that works quite well with our decor. It was the granite that most matched our cabinets to make a very elegant combo that looks a bit marbley.
NEW: recessed lighting and undercabinet lighting in kitchen
NEW: recessed lighting for living room (pending David's approval)
Margaret will order:
paint for bathrooms-- we'll do the painting
I will go to the showroom to look at faucets, sink, shower hardware, etc. and compare the prices to what I've found below online. But I might ask you to do the final ordering, Jeff, since I worry about getting the specifications right. Full bath towel bars and hooks.
Mirror for powder room.
NEW: Need to select hardware for powder room.

good looking set 1, but with customer warning $855.99
clawfoot set 2... add medicine cabinet on page
Modena set 3 with black pearltop granite; solid wood, $995
From Pottery Barn (Lynn's great recommendation) white option 1 at only 36" wide 1 dark wood option 2-- not cheap! But very handsome but 55" insted of 43" which is what we presently have; dark option 3 at 33"; dark option matches our furniture option 4;
More vanities: dark option rounded feet 5; 32" glass covered dark wood option 6;
Glassy and Nickel here

or could place this for an up-to-date look on granite on cabinetry and save money but get quality.
Countertop low maintenance? Also Way Fine and wider option 12; Slightly different maybe more powdery room option 13; Option 14 or Option 15 could be good with "display" area for books or decor;

Tub notes: Replace bathtub with a white porcelein tub and include polished chrome faucets for tub and shower. Please include a handheld shower as part of the shower system. Home Depot? Jeff, if you need me to select this, will you send me measurements to look for and where to shop? Needs to be RIGHT DRAIN to fit existing plumbing. I'm having some trouble knowing what to look for but I think I want porcelein on steel, as long as that's strong and doesn't punch in when we lie in it. Is that better than acryllic? What do you advise?
Home Depot enameled steel
White porcelein enameled.
American Standard seems to be a quality provider for the masses-- reviews keep popping up like this tub review
Ferguson's might carry this Duravit which might be right length

I can paint this 16x22" louvered medicine cabinet or
16x24 (rather tall) louvered medicine cabinet. Is the wall thick enough to handle the depth of 3.5 inches?
Here's a mirrored medicine cabinet option: http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Fresca-Small-Bathroom-Mirror-Medicine-Cabinet/5202766/product.html
This one's 15" wide from Lowes.

Kitchen:
SINK: install UNDERMOUNT sink - try Somerville Elkey style or Ferguson or Home Depot. Outer rim to outer rim, ours is 22" by 24". I found a whole faucet sink set on sale here, but it's not as wide as ours. This might be better-- much cheaper.

Kitchen Cabinet knobs -- Margaret will visit showroom to determine. from Signature.com-- I hope we can select these ones: http://www.signaturehardware.com/product15990
For the kitchen shelves to be built above the new cabinets on wall, I think I want to go with this shelf kit (please check the size) and I'll paint it an accent color? It would be nice to have a shelf for cookbooks, but I can go narrower and place something smaller on it.these shelf brackets work? Option 1 Use Oil rubbed bronze for the finish to match the cabinet knobs. Option 2 is bigger.
Fairfax Design Center for tile is here.
Other: door knobs around house - Home depot options for 14-ish but probably cheaper in bulk elsewhere. Consider a dark knob burnished for hallways for updated look? $16 here at cheaper site.
