This page is offered to consolidate planning and make it accessible to all. Report any issues with it to Farg and copy Ken, please.

For the purposes of meal planning, getting volunteers for Friday's Rufus COL Blow out, and airport transfers, and seeing others' hilarious answers, please get all participants to supply input onto this very short survey at the following link. Vital from each person Jackie or older are answers to #1 and also the last 3 questions on page 2. If anyone already filled out the survey for your family, please still make sure the folks in the family singly fill out the last 3 questions on page 2 so that it goes onto a planning spreadsheet that Jen is referencing. Thank you! It helps us distribute party duties that people actually WANT to do.

Responses to that survey are consolidated here (access granted to Jen and anyone who sends Farg their gmail address.)

South China's weather forecast. It might impact croquet, March, or other plans.
By the numbers for office use and planning meal sizes: Potentially a count of 31 at peak.
Calendar-- arrivals, departures. Airport pickups/drop offs in Green. Dinner prep and dish duty in RED. Important to get this accurate. Having this schedule solid also helps calculate billing fairly and fast, and prevents shoppers from over-purchasing for meals. Thanks!
DRAFT 2 (July 8 version) below will unfold deferring to Maureen and Martha's meal planning efforts. Makes plenty of room for Martha and Maureen to host as they requested with the food they are prepping and freezing ahead of time. Survey responses Farg gathers can assist with planning and having 30 people in the kitchen at once. People are replying with preferences as to which part of week and how intensely to involve their families. Note that one of our sweet cousins is a Pescatarian; i.e., only "meat" eaten is fish. Seeing the food plans ahead can help people plan to hit the road for a restaurant and ease the burden on the kitchen?

Some thoughts on dish/cooking duty assignments prior to 2021: can be derived here. Pete e-mailed his principles for duties for 2021.
(Guiding principles of sleep and laundering arrangements for 2021 needed to be heroically adapted by Ken. FYI read more here. No
Sleeping arrangements for 2021 have been established. Ken's July 2 spreadsheet is pictured below. He says it represents the best configuration for when everyone is there at once, but depending on arrivals and departures, folks might push into an empty bed. But send Ken a note and copy Farg to help her update the meals calendar and possibly help with airport transportation.
Note: Following chart is not as up to date as the calendar above for Elsa's family. See calendar above. Since Abby's not coming, Pete and Maureen moved to the blue upstairs. That opened the Rufe for Farg to move upstairs (which she really prefers, and goes with Ken's principle of, the older you are, the further you are from the EARTH, so THANK YOU) --with Max, or Ava? The Black Hole is available (it's a little dank in there) and Liam and Aidan have the rec room.
