Friday, July 9 - Arrive at Bloomers' house to help set up country club. Tasks:
Burlap the 9 ferns and hydrangeas. Bows?
Load Farg's car with the bushes. Water bushes AFTER they are loaded if at all.
Tell Farg if there's anyone who needs me to drive them to and from CC. My SUV can be useful to carting hydrangeas or humans. Dinner: Pizza and tossed green salad, Greek salad. Leftover desserts. Lotta wine and seltzer. Coffee for anyone?
3pm: Country Club of the South - 4100 Old Alabama Road, Johns Creek, GA. Britney Nash, Rafael Mendoza.
Saturday, July 10 - Evening meal, Marg can finally (hah!) prepare her lemon/oregeno chicken cutlet served with lemon-basil arugula salad with toasted almonds and shaved carrots. (multicolor carrots can make this very pretty!) :) white wine or rose. Farg moves into Bloomers' downstairs, if she didn't move in Friday.
Sunday, July 11 - Farg can put on a brunch. Airport drop offs?
Monday, July 12 - Farg presently scheduled to depart Monday, July 12. Can go earlier or later as your energy dictates.

Marg and Bloomers review: who is being fed at the house all weekend? Carl? Susan? Tom...? You cool to have me feed them? Any food allergies to items in the menu chart?
Airport pickups and deliveries: Bloomers, tell Marg who she is driving. Room for 3-4 others in my car with me.
Pack in Car for Country Club set up: Easels, guestbook and pens, Peak Posters, stack of programs (save 6 at home as keepsakes) bushes, plants. Tissues. Blue Bow material. Framed family photos. Have the stepchildren been invited to contribute one or two of theirs? Could be a very kind touch. Farg only: paper, markers, Office apron, scissors, wire cutters, tapes. Round Two: Ziplocks, iced cooler to tow away.

Bloomers, I will bring ingredients for an Italian dressing - large supply-- cheaper than buying if you would like to go with it as the "standard." If you have additional dressings, we can place those out. I will toss the salads only as necessary. Let's have Sabrina or Susan place out a few large salad bowls of your with implements Friday morning as well as platters for serving desserts. I will lay claim for leftover desserts from the country club and I'll have ziplocks, cooler to tow away and transport.
If needed, we can go with non-stop brownies, tubs of vanilla or cherry vanilla ice cream, a 'German Cheesecake" and Schtroopwafels (tipping had to Carl), tissue packets available from LIDL.

Karen's food allergies, remember NO: coconut products, coco oils, hazelnut, shelfish, macademia nuts, water chestnuts, salmon, black/red grouper or tuna. NO PROBLEM! Eschewed black o's and onion.

__ (#) Potted plants to be transplanted to a location on property with poor drainage (Gardenias not doing well) and only 30% sun. Bloomers has burlap to wrap around base. Could add Dartmouth Green ribbon... Plant suggestions?

Pikes recommends and has Astilbe - white, pink, lavender, red... Hydrangea white right now... Could be mixed with $39 per hydrangea, $14.95 per fern . Theresa comes back on Monday, Paul is manager to pass off to.
Flowering indoor plants in ceramic pots (begonias) probably $20 per pot. Pink, yellow, orange, white?
HYDRANGEAs are 1.5 foot tall and about 2 feet wide. Plus the size of the container.
