By the numbers for office use and planning meal sizes:  Potentially 26 at peak.

Calendar-- arrivals, departures.  Airport pickups/drop offs in Green. Dinner prep and dish duty in RED.  Important to get this accurate since we're rotating people through some of the beds.  Having this schedule solid also helps calculate billing fairly and fast. Thanks!

*** DRAFT!!!**** Here is THIRD draft of sleeping arrangements for 2018, but speak up to Jen Classic if you have concerns:

Lee's house:  Texas Joneses, Dad, Martha, Liz . (Quinn is interested in sleeping at Windfall through the week and Liz will take his empty bed)

Comforts’ little house:  Ken Joneses  

Comfort's Creek house bottom floor:  Jen Classic, Hannah, Matt and Kate in the double.  (One single with Hannah available-- for Sam or Guin?)

Windfall:

MBR:  Pete, Maureen

Blue upstairs: Alex and Elizabeth

Family room downstairs:  a big dorm room for Gen3 with rotating use of beds- Sam, Liam, Aidan, Guin, Quinn on sleepovers... Who is sharing the King-sized pull-out sofa? Farg has one air mattress to throw into this mix.

Downstairs blue room has a double:  Jared and Elsa

Downstairs Black Hole. Has single plus room for a blow up mattress: Farg, Dan, Sam (who might prefer the available single at Jen's Comforts' place)

Carpenter's tent in the Garage with an air mattress next to Kitty Litter-Farg, Sam if necessary

Hannah's tent needed?
