Japanese PSN Account

To download Dream C Club: Host Girls on Stage for free (and to also be able to download DLC's), you need to create a Japanese PSN account. This article has a simple walkthrough with screenshots for setting this up from a PS4.

If you login to your account from a PC web browser, this link will take you directly to the game where you can add it to your shopping cart (and then checkout). When you access the PS4 user that is linked to this JP PSN account, you'll be easily able to download the game (it should be automatically added to your list of downloads where you can select it to download and install.) An alternative is to do a search for ドリームクラブ-ホストガールオンステージ from the store web site (else, you'll need to enable Japanese input on the PS4, press L3 on the controller to select Japanese kana input, and then type in the romaji do-ri-mu-ku-ra-bu-ho-su-to-ga-ru-on-su-te-gi)

If you want to find manually find Host Girls on Stage from the JP PlayStation Store on the PS4, navigate to ゲーム (Game), click the "X" button, then navigate to 基本プレイ無料 (Free to Play). There aren't many free play titles for PS4 so it should be easily seen.
