We reported our initial findings (growth and characterization) of catalyst-free GaAs wires formed on GaSb. An oral presentation, ``Nanowire Formation on (001)-oriented Gallium Antimonide Substrates" was delivered at the Development Academy of the Philippines Convention Center, Tagaytay City
