Lady 9ers General Guidelines

  1. CT Lady 9ers membership fee is set annually. Membership is renewable January 1 and shall be considered delinquent if not paid by January 1.

  2. To participate in Lady 9ers golf and/or social events said membership status must be current.

  3. Members are encouraged to play golf with the Lady 9ers unless health issues prevent her from doing so.

  4. Lady 9ers Members should make a commitment to attend meetings and other functions as well as actively participate on committees as needed.

  5. The Lady 9ers are strongly encouraged to obtain and maintain a GHIN handicap index. A handicap of 13.5 will be assigned to those Members which do not have a handicap for our Special Games.

  6. Lady 9ers Members are asked to respect and follow the Pace of Play, Golf Etiquette and Morning Routine guidelines. These documents are available on the Lady 9ers website.

  7. A discretionary contribution (paid annually) of $5.00 or more may be made to the Lady 9ers Compassion Fund. Money can be paid with annual dues in which case the Treasurer will forward the money to the Compassion Chair or money can be paid directly to the Compassion Chair.

  8. Annual records are kept for chip-ins, birdies and breaking 50 (the first time only) on Official Play Days. Annual records are kept for valid* hole-in-ones at Comanche Trace. Awards are given for said accomplishments at the yearly luncheon. Report achievements to Rose Leewright at r.leewright@att.net and Shelley Pieper at shelleysmithpieper@gmail.com.

  9. Lady 9ers Members are required to abide by the Comanche Trace Lady 9ers Golf Association By-Laws which are available on the Lady 9ers website.

*A round of at least nine holes is played. A practice round where the player plays more than one ball is unacceptable. Someone must attest the hole-in-one. A temporary green and/or teeing ground is acceptable.
