Your administrator wants to know how you will develop the exploration/training opportunities for your students.

4. Gas mileage

5. Monies for business meetings - breakfast, lunch and dinners

6. Membership fees for Chamber of Commerce, Society of Human Resource Management - http://nys.shrm.org/new-york-state-chapters Find local chapter and dues.

7. Reduced teaching periods for # of students and advisory board facilitation.

8. Printed materials such as brochures, flyers etc.

Note: If your administrator was asking you to coach the football team, you would be asking for uniforms, equipment, busses, etc.
