Open to view detailed information, instructions and deadlines on the Wellness Incentive Program available to all benefit-enrolled employees and dependents, age 18 or older.
Note: See page 5 in the instructions to learn about Boomin’ Bucks and how to spend them if you participated in the 2024-2025 Wellness Program.
By participating, you can:
EARN up to 20,000 in Boomin’ Bucks (up to $100 value), and
HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN an additional 520,000 Boomin' Bucks (up to $2,600 value) from random drawings!
EARLY COMPLETION Raffle Opportunity:
You can be entered into a random drawing of 30 to win 20,000 Boomin' Bucks ($100 value) for EARLY COMPLETION of the Biometric Screening if you complete it between 5/1/2025 - 8/31/2025 in The Bridge Health Center during Nurse Only hours. Please Note: You will still have until 1/31/2026 to complete the Biometric Screening for points in the wellness program.

To view lab results, sign in to My Premise Health online or in the app and click the 'Test Results' icon.

To check rewards status for the wellness program (how many points you have), sign into My Premise Health online or in the app and click ‘Sonic Boom Wellness’ from the home dashboard or the Menu list under 'My Record'. You will then be taken to the Rewards page which will show which activities have been completed, how many program points you have earned, whether you’re at Bronze, Silver, or Gold level, and how many total Boomin’ Bucks you have earned. As points are earned, under the currencies section you will see the total points accumulated, and recently completed activities and their point value will be listed individually under Recent Rewards.
Under prizes, as you achieve Bronze, Silver, or Gold level, the medal image will show a check mark and say earned, and the next level you are working towards will be outlined in purple.
To self report wellbeing activities, sign into My Premise Health online or in the app and click ‘Sonic Boom Wellness’ from the home dashboard or the Menu list under 'My Record'. You will then be taken to the Rewards page. Click on the box titled ‘Self-Reported Wellbeing Activities’ and find the activity you want to self-report completion for. Then provide the information required such as date of completion or name of activity, and click Submit. Click here for instructions.
Note: Self-reported activities can only be entered after they are completed, the system will not accept future dates.
To use your Boomin’ Bucks, sign into My Premise Health online or in the app and click ‘Sonic Boom Wellness’ from the home dashboard or the Menu list under 'My Record'. You will then be taken to the Rewards page. Click your avatar (your initials or a photo you’ve uploaded) in the top right corner, then select ‘Shop Boomin’ Bucks’ from the menu. After following the account verification steps, the Rewards Mall will open in a new window, and you can begin shopping using your Boomin’ Bucks balance
Note: You will only be able to access the Rewards Mall if you have earned Boomin’ Bucks and have a balance.
For any questions related Sonic Boom Wellness, sign into My Premise Health online or in the app and click ‘Sonic Boom Wellness’ from the home dashboard or the Menu list under 'My Record'. You will then be taken to the Rewards page. Click your avatar (your initials or a photo you’ve uploaded) in the top right corner. Select ‘Contact Support’ from the menu.
