Nurse Practitioner

Traci Wagoner, FNP

Traci Wagoner is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently lives in Cottleville, Missouri. She completed her education at the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a Masters in Science - Nursing degree. She began her career in 2006 with SSM and worked as a Nurse Practitioner with SSM Health at Work before joining The Bridge Health Center care team. 

Traci strives to make a significant positive impact on her patients' lives. She states, "My goal is to help my patients through prevention, realistic goal setting, and common sense health management to reach their optimal health."

Kyra Harris, RN, BSN, MPH

Kyra Harris is a Registered Nurse and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Avila University in 2019. She began her career working with SSM on the ICU stepdown unit. Since that time, Kyra has worked with in various pediatric specialties as well as clinical management and education for a home care company. Kyra is passionate about advocating for her patients and their loved ones. Providing support and collaboration with the community in which she serves continues to drive her nursing career and enthusiasm for public health. She is excited to join The Bridge Health Center team and help members achieve health and wellbeing.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and yoga.

Fill-In Nurse Practitioner

Barbara Martinez, MSN, FNP

Barbara Martinez earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1991 from Northern Illinois University and began her career at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, serving as a staff nurse in the ICU and radiology departments.  She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree, from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2002.  

Barbara worked in a variety of primary care settings and wound care before joining the care team at The Bridge Health Center in September of 2023.  She enjoys providing holistic, compassionate care and advocating for her patients.  

Barbara is also a certified yoga instructor.  In her free time, she enjoys knitting, reading, attending concerts, exercise, and spending time with friends and family.
