Current Commander for Exhibition: Cadet Lt Jr Grade Argento
The armed exhibition team incorporates elements of marching, columns, flanks as well as slapping of rifles, exaggerated movements, and other creative techniques that add sophistication to the cadets movements. Cadets performing their part of the routine use a combination of sharp, rigid movements and fluid, synchronized flair that differentiates what occurs in exhibition from regular color guard. For all who wish to be part of the team, all practices on Tuesdays and Wednesdays must be attended unless a legitimate excuse is delivered to CDR Testa and, if possible, the Armed Ex Commander.
The cadets are picked for competition based on being able to:
-Take the cue from commands (verbal or physical)
-March consistently in cadence
-NOT break bearing
-Move and perform with purpose
-Memorize at least their own position
-Are sharp in rifle movements
-Know and can execute all rifle commands
-Not end up with a concussion (please)
-Prove reliability by showing up to practice
