The Mighty Teardrops, Vancouver

Back for a second year,  this newly formed group 

from  Vancouver  produced a stellar performance 

last year here in Coombs.    Welcome back  to you all!

 Filling in for Devon, who is unavailable

 for this gig, will be the incredible Chris Stevens.

Scout Mountain, Powell River

Scout Mountain has played at Coombs multiple times before. 

Last  year the band did a video on you tube called  "The Letter." 

The band was also  featured in the Bluegrass Music 

Association of Canada"s  article in the Column OUTWEST.  

 And yes, Scout Mountain really has a mountain they 

 are named after near Powell River.

Here's a band that played in the early festival years of Coombs

 bluegrass.  Ernest Queen was the band leader for years 

but died a while back.   The band promised to keep it

 going and has done so.   Welcome back!
