Evaluation Rubric: Leadership
Leadership is an important attribute of any team-oriented task. All the problem-solving exercises in the Field School are done by teams. As a result, team leadership is a key to the success of any exercise.
All participants will be evaluated as individuals with the following rubric for the periods when they have been assigned to be a team leader.
