Lee's mistakes

Even tho Jeb Stuart's joy ride was a mistake, why didn't he use Mosby's Raiders to the west of his Army, or the two brigade's of cavalry still in the valleys to the south (Robertson and another General).

With regard to not taking Culp's Hill on the first day, wasn't there a General under Ewell who requested a division, brigade or regiment to "take that hill"....or was that a Hollywood moment from the movie Gettysburg?

Aside from Longstreet's assault on the 3rd with his 3 divisions (Trimble, Pettigrew,Pickett), i think his biggest mistake was not taking Longstreets advice to flank the Union left at take the artillery park and supply trains from the rear, rather than force the issue on Little Round Top with Hood's men.
