DocuSign eSender Access Request

After you have completed the IDP and eSignature Sender BuckeyeLearn courses, you will need to request DocuSign eSender access from the OSU IT Service Desk. This will enable you to send our consent and receipt forms through DocuSign for our Zoom appointments. Follow the directions below and view the screenshots:

NOTE: If you find that your screen does not look like the screenshots below, you will need to submit a ticket with the OSU IT Service Desk; say that you are a researcher of the OSU Cognitive Development Lab, you need DocuSign eSender access for your research, and you have already completed the IDP and eSignature Sender BuckeyeLearn trainings.

  1. Go to the OSU IT Service Desk and login with your OSU credentials

2. On the Toolbar on the lefthand side, click on "Order Services" (shopping cart icon)

3. Click on "Access Management" (keyboard icon) on the top left of the list

4. Click on "DocuSign Access Request" - it should be the 4th hyperlink from the top

5. Click on "Request Type" and then select "New or Modify Account / Access"

6. For the question that says "Have you completed IDP training in the past year?" , select "yes" from the dropdown menu

7. Scroll down and click on "Sender" in the box on the left

8. Click the " > " arrow to move the "Sender" selection to the box on the right

9. Click the box saying you accept terms and conditions, then scroll back up to the top and click the red "Order Now" button on the top right of the screen

11. Periodically check DocuSign to see if you can effectively login (login with your .osu email and NOT your .buckeyemail one)

12. You'll know if you have DocuSign access if you can login and in the top toolbar on the DocuSign home page, you see a tab that says "Templates" - if you don't see the "Templates" tab then you do not have access and need to contact IT

13. Let your lab manager know when you have DocuSign access because she will need to share the Zoom Consent and Zoom Receipt template with you
