Both of these trainings will be completed through OSU BuckeyeLearn. The Institutional Data Policy (IDP) course needs to be completed first, then the eSignature Sender course. After you have completed these trainings, take a screenshot of the completion page / certificate and email it to your lab manager. These only take about 30 minutes. Once you have done them once, you do not need to do them again.
The final slides of the eSender training has directions on how to request eSender DocuSign access through IT. The steps are also listed in more detail and with screenshots on the "DocuSign eSender Access Request" tab of this website. Immediately after you finish the eSender training, follow the steps provided to request eSender DocuSign access.
If for some reason you are unable to access the trainings through the hyperlinks, you can go to BuckeyeLearn, login, and hover over "learning," and then click "browse for training". Type in "Institutional Data Policy" or "eSender" respectively and then click on the course.
