Rocket City Interschool

The Rocket City Math League is a free, international, math contest that is open to all middle, high school, and two-year college students enrolled in Pre-Algebra through Precalculus and above math courses.

This event is one of the more lively and involved ones here at Clear Lake High School; on a given day, all the members of the Mu Alpha Theta honor society gather into a giant team to tackle 15 problems of increasing difficulty and point value in 30 minutes. This way, everyone can contribute to the cause, whether it is in the Algebra 2 section or the Calculus section.

The Rocket City Interschool event usually occurs after school in the room of the Mu Alpha Theta sponsor.

When taking the test, the only items allowed are your brain and a piece of paper and the collective intelligence and ingenuity of your peers in Mu Alpha Theta.
