The last conference race will be held on 1/31/14 with a 2:00 PM start based on weather forecasts and taking the safety of the conference and the best day to hold the race from a safety perspective we had to go with next Friday. Our hope is by making the decision today it will allow you as much time as possible to set your schedules.
I know this has been a difficult season with the weather so I appreciate all of your efforts and understanding of the schedule changes. Friday next week is the safest day from a temperature perspective and will ensure that we can hold the race with no more changes.
Hope everyone has a safe and warm weekend and thanks again for understanding.
