7:30 – 8:00 AM REGISTRATION IN THE ROBERT C ROOM

8:15 AM GATEKEEPPERS MEETING AT THE FINISH LINE

8:30 – 9:00 AM COURSE INSPECTION (BIBS MUST BE VISIBLE)

9:00 AM ALL OFFICIALS AND WORKERS IN PLACE AND READY TO START

RACERS MEETING AT FINISH LINE AT BOTTOM OF RACE HILL

9:30 – 11:30 AM FIRST RUN BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS (RACING ON SEPARATE COURSES)

11:30 AM JURY MEETING (IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE END OF THE 1ST RUN)

12:15-12:45 PM COURSE INSPECTION (BIBS MUST BE VISIBLE)

12:45 PM AFTERNOON GATE KEEPERS MEETING – FINISH LINE

ALL OFFICIALS AND WORKERS IN PLACE TO START

1:15-3:15 PM SECOND RUN (REVERSE ORDER WITHIN SEED)

3:15 PM JURY MEETING (IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE END OF THE 2ND RUN)

4:00 PM AWARDS CEREMONY

Notice on Firewood and Electricity

Firewood:

Due to the infestation of emerald ash borer and other invasive pests, no outside firewood is allowed during any event held at Wild Mountain that is not MDA certified. MDA certified firewood is available at Rod’s Country Corner in Almelund. The certification sticker will be required for proof if brought in to the Wild Mountain area.

Electricity:

No generators will be allowed. There will be 15amp electric use provided at a cost of $20. Please call Wild Mountain prior to the invite if your team will be interested in electric use, 651-465-6315.
