聖誕將至，無論是安排了種種節目的你，或是正躊躇該如何善用假期的你，我們都誠意邀請參加由青年經理會及HKMA校友會合辦的聖誕派對，既能體驗保齡球之樂，又能擴闊你的社交網絡。
對上半部分為小型保齡球賽，參加者無需經驗，可自由組隊，三至四人一隊(若未能提供分組名單，本會將安排分組)，首名及次名勝出隊伍可獲豐富禮品。
比賽完畢後各會員和嘉賓可享用由本會安排的午餐，互相交流心得

BARCLAYS LECTURE “Behavioral Finance 101”
Venue: Room 1511, Academic Building Two, City University of Hong Kong
Abstract:The rapidly growing field of behavioral finance uses insights from psychology to understand how human behavior influences the decisions of individuals and professional investors, managers, and markets. This inaugural CUPA Behavioral Finance Interest Group lecture is entitled: "Behavioral Finance 101." Dr. Peter Brooks, Behavioral Finance Specialist of Barclays Wealth & Investment Management - Asia, will provide an exciting introduction to the field of behavioral finance including: a history of thepic, basics of the field, future directions, and Barclays' perspectives on innovations which support topical research.
Speaker:
Dr. Peter Brooks Behavioural Finance Specialist Peter Brooks joined Barclays in March 2007 as Behavioural Finance Specialist. In this role, Dr. Brooks works with a team of experts to develop and implement commercial applications drawing on behavioural portfolio theory, the psychology of judgement and decision-making, and decision sciences.
Since his relocation to Singapore in February 2011, Dr. Brooks has been providing specialist support to the private banking business across Asia. He supported the launch of the firm’s unique Investment Philosophy across all key global wealth management markets and now contributes that global understanding to clients in Asia. He also provides research commentary on how investor attitudes are affected by prevailing market conditions and how this links to investor behaviours.
Intervarsity Charity Walk -2012
無止橋慈善基金將於2012年11月25日(星期日)舉行一次名為"義行跨校界，共建無止橋"的慈善步行活動。
無止橋慈善基金乃２００７年於香港成立的註冊慈善團體（檔案編號：９１／８７３９）基金的宗旨是通過鼓勵香港和內地大學生跨院校合作，為內地偏遠及貧困農村的建設便橋。
本次路徑為大潭水務文物徑(大約5公里)，是一個位處景色明媚的大潭郊野公園，
並能體會自然生態和本土文化遺產的好地方。
香港城市大學校長郭位教授也將參與此次的慈善步行活動。我們誠意邀請大家的參與這一項有意義的活動。凡參此次活動的會員，將會獲贈香港城市大學研究生會紀念衫一件！

CUPA Summer Tour - Boat Trip
As the new semester begins, although the desire to be ahead in class is wonderful, you may also being seek activities to discover Hong Kong more before the summer ends.
Now, CUPA would like to invite you to join us for a one-day boat trip, to enjoy the beautiful sunshine and sea views of Hong Kong. During the boat trip, you can go swimming, play water sports (banana boat, wave boarding) or play games, KTV and chat with other members on the yacht. Furthermore, a buffet lunch on the yacht will be provided at noon.

深圳大鵬消暑之旅
7月21日，香港城市大學研究生會為會員們帶來了一場充滿歡樂的深圳大鵬消暑之旅，會員們在美麗的深圳南澳西沖海灘度過了難忘愉悅的一天。
上午9點鈡，香港城市大學研究生會一行37人乘坐著快速舒適的空調大巴在導遊輕鬆幽默的解説下前往深圳南澳。消暑之旅的第一站是楊梅坑，會員們在楊梅坑體驗了快樂休閒的單車活
動，一邊騎著單車，一邊欣賞著海景，一起享受著南澳海邊之風。
中午用餐后，會員們前往西沖“CS野戰體驗基地”進行了刺激的“叢林斬首戰”，在活動中，會員們體現了豐富的作戰能力和團隊精神，穿上避彈衣，拿起衝鋒槍，一展城大學子的英雄主義情懷和戰鬥激情！下午抵達西沖海灘，會員們在浪漫的黃金海岸體驗了豐富多彩的沙灘遊戲
，最後，活動在難忘的燒烤晚餐之下落下帷幕。
周末電影之夜
參加本次活動的執委會成員有會長、法學博士研究生陳曉鋒同學，副會長、電子工程博士研究生彭宇同學，秘書長、法學博士研究生樓洪同學以及外聯統籌、管理科學博士研究生王飛同學，本次活動由外聯統籌、管理科學博士研究生王飛同學策劃。。

第二屆粵港澳大學生Apps設計大賽
為提高大專學生電腦軟體應用水準，培養大專學生創新實踐能力，促進粵港澳大學生學術交流，現決定面向粵港澳大專學生舉辦“第二屆粵港澳大專學生計算機軟件應用大賽”。本屆活動主題為“科技握手未來”，該項比賽分為三個類別：
分類一：移動終端應用軟體發展類
大賽設置移動終端應用軟體發展類競賽，為對移動終端應用開發有興趣的同學提供一個學習和分享的機會。移動終端應用軟體發展類參賽作品不限移動終端類型（手機、PDA、iPad等）、不限智慧手機作業系統類型（iOS、Android、Web Mashup和Windows Phone等）。大賽將從實用性、創新性、應用前景、技術難度和使用者體驗等方面對作品進行評比。
分類二：現代Web應用開發類
大賽設置Web應用開發類，鼓勵同學們利用各種Web技術和豐富的Web資源，創新性開發Web應用。SOA、RIA、雲計算、Web Mashup、Open API、Open Social等層出不窮的創新不斷提升Web的能力，為Web應用提供了源源不絕的動力。現代Web應用開發類參賽作品不限應用領域，不限技術類型（語言、框架、伺服器、程式設計範式等）。大賽將從應用的創新性、技術的創新性和作品的完整性等三個方面對作品進行評比。
分類三：創新性應用軟體類
除了移動終端的軟體發展與現代Web應用開發之外，電腦軟體還有許多其他的創新性應用。例如流覽器外掛程式、辦公助手、安全軟體、網路檔共用與傳輸軟體、智慧軟體、遊戲軟體等。參賽隊伍可以在各種開發平臺上，結合“科技握手未來”的主題，充分發揮想像力以及創造力，開發具有創新性的參賽作品。
獎項設置
注：
1、單項獎包括最佳創新獎、最佳用戶體驗獎、最具應用前景獎；
2、最終評選獎項由評審委員會決定。若參賽作品達不到專家評審委員會的要求，則某些獎項可以空缺，各獎項名額也可根據實際情況調整。
