  • 12/19/2018 - Request for Bids - Church & Mechanic Streets Reconstruction - The City of Memphis has posted an advertisement for road reconstruction bids.  Click here for more information.  Sealed bids are due no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday January 24, 2019.

  • 11/29/2018 - The dates for the 2019 meetings of the Memphis City Council have been set.  They can be found on the city calendar as well as here.

  • 11/13/2018 - Winter Parking Ordinance - Effective Dec. 1, 2018
                PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
                    CITY CODE, CHAPTER 135, SECTION 8.25 states:
                      NO PARKING 2:30 A.M. TO 6:00 A.M. CERTAIN MONTHS.
                        No person shall park any vehicle on any public thoroughfare or municipal controlled parking lot within the
                          City of Memphis between the morning hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. during the months of DECEMBER,
                            JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH of each year, unless otherwise designated with appropriate signs.
                              CHAPTER 1, SECTION 1.13; Violators of these provisions unless specifically provided for in the City Code,
                                are punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 and or ninety days in jail.

                    • 11/1/2018 - You may view your utility/tax information by visiting the BS&A website for both St. Clair and Macomb counties.  Once there, you can create a free account, and link to your property.  You can view your utility bill and tax information, but cannot pay the bill online.  You would have to stop by the office to pay, send a check using your bank's online billing feature, or mail in your payment
