When is my water bill due?

• Water, sewer, trash and recycling are billed quarterly as follows:

  • January 1st - March 31st | Invoiced April 1st and due April 30th

  • April 1st - June 30th | Invoiced July 1st and due July 31st

  • July 1st - September 30th | Invoiced October 1st and due October 31st

  • October 1st - December 31st | Invoiced January 1st and due January 31st

When are my taxes due?

• Summer Taxes | Due August 31st

• Winter Taxes | Due February 14th

• The City cannot accept tax payments on or after March 1st of each year. Any outstanding balance must be settled with the county.

When can I burn yard waste?

• Burn dates will be printed on utility bills and published on our web page, under News Alerts, when applicable.

• There is no open yard waste burning during the summer. 

Where do I get a burn permit? (Surrounding Townships: Riley Twp, Richmond Twp, parts of Wales Twp)

• By visiting the Memphis Fire Department's official web page and clicking on burn permits.

When is trash and recycling pick up?

• Trash pick up is on Friday each week, please have trash out by 7:00 am.  Recycling is every other Friday. With the exception of major holidays. See schedule below.
