Frustrated with Politics? Culture? Media?
The Christian Liberty Party implores believers everywhere to:
Pray. "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." - 1 Timothy 2:1-5 KJV
Plead. "There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me." - Luke 18:2-5 KJV
Participate. "Seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray unto the Lord for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace." - Jeremiah 29:7 KJV

The name Christian Liberty Party points to Christ as the source of Liberty for both men and nations. “Christian Liberty” is succinct, provocative, and provides the essential antithesis to socialism and unbelieving political philosophy. In just two words, it expresses a concept that our former name “American Heritage” could not. We believe it will be instrumental in transforming the political debate with the goal of rebuilding a Christian political conscience and worldview.
Above all, we consider this name change to be a matter of integrity and fidelity to our Lord and Savior, whom we are to glorify in every area of life. “And whatsoever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus.” (Colossians 3:17)
As worshipers of the one true God, we boldly proclaim God’s Lordship over politics. He alone is sovereign over all things. His Word is Truth, and to Jesus Christ has been given all authority in heaven and on earth. This is truly the foundation of political liberty.
Explicitly Christian Politics!
We Recognize No Sovereign but God, and no King but Jesus! -- John Adams and John Hancock, April 18, 1775.
Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest of our Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers. -- John Jay, 1816.
