The final 6 for each level

We have used the individual game totals as a tie breaker on the match point results, which allows us to now publish who makes into the championship rounds.

But note: all teams will participate in the final tournament in January: there will be tournaments for everyone. The list below is just the list of 6 teams that play for the overall championship.

Also note that these lists might be revised in case a team drops out, but otherwise they should be in approximate seeding order for the final 6.
