The Story:

I am currently an assistant professor at the department of Mathematics, Keimyung University. I did my graduate work at the University of New Mexico (PhD) and Chung-Ang University (MS), and my undergraduate degree at Chung-Ang Univ. During my college years, I served in the Korean army 1996-1998. Before that I grew up in Heongseong and Wonju, Gangwon-do, South Korea. My area of research is Harmonic Analysis and Partial Differential Equations, with particular interest in dyadic harmonic analysis, weighted theory, dyadic PDEs, and inverse problem. Also, I am a bassist of Zrock which is a music band and we play a wide variety of genres such as rock, country, and jazz.

When I'm not hard at work, I can usually be found out riding a bicycle, playing a bass, listening a contemporary music, and sipping on a good coffee.
