Below is a list of reasons you could auto-fail:
- Attempt to obtain the name of the Second homeowner was not made
- Did not ask when you and ___ will be home from work?
- Didn't read the second homeowner rebuttal when necessary
- Agent asks the caller if there is anything else they can help them with
- Agent offers an appointment day/time that does not fit when they are available for both homeowners to be home
- Agent does not include Key/ Important information in the notes of the appointment/ email
- Agent provides False or misleading information in a deliberate manner
- Agent didn't place information in appointment plus or email to location
- Offering Price over the phone
- Did not help customer vs told customer to call us back
- Referring the customer to a competitor ( BBB does not count)
- Agent rudeness ( including but not limited to inappropriate language, unprofessionalism, hanging up on caller (intentionally))
