DO NOT CALL/MAIL/EMAIL

The Do Not Mail/Do Not Call link is used to input customer information who request to no longer be contacted by Champion.

If the customer HAS an email address:

1. Go to the following URL

http://go.championwindow.com/Champion-Do-Not-Call.html (Please bookmark this link on your computer for ease of use.)

2. Collect email address

3. Select opt-out option:

a. Do Not Call: Customers who request not to be called by Champion

b. Do Not Mail: Customer who request not to be mailed or emailed by Champion

c. Both: Customer who never wants to be contacted by Champion again

***A customer’s email address is required, then please select Do Not Call and/or Do Not Mail and fill in the appropriate information to remove the customer from future communication.

DO NOT MAIL

Do Not Call requires a phone number. Do Not Mail requires street address, city, and postal code.

If the customer does NOT have an email address:

1. Capture: first name, last name, address and phone number

2. Select opt-out option

3. Send this information to Meghan O'Brien at mobrien@getchampion.com (Meghan will maintain the master corporate list and notify the local division via email.)
