About Miss. Hollenbeck: Miss Hollenbeck earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Bridgewater State University where she studied Physical Education (K-8 & 5-12). She started her teaching career here at the CGS in 2016. This will be her fourth year coaching girls volleyball at the high school. She is currently the JV coach and assists Varsity. Miss Hollenbeck is also in the process of earning her Master of Education from Salem State University in the Adapted Physical Education field. Miss Hollenbeck is a member of the Social Emotional Curriculum team and is also a Wellness Committee member. Miss Hollenbeck enjoys spending time outside, trying new foods, snowboarding with her sister, and reading on the beach!

About Mrs. Talbot: Mrs. Talbot received her bachelor degree from Salem State College in 1993. Her major was Sport, Fitness and Leisure sciences with a Concentration in Physical Education K-9, 5-12, Minor in Science. She began her teaching career at the CGS in 1993. In 2003, she completed her Master's in Education from the University of New England. Mrs. Talbot has coached gymnastics and track for both the Methuen and Billerica Public Schools. Through the help of the PEP Grant, Mrs. Talbot was involved in revising and updating the Upper School Curriculum aligning it to the National and State standards. Mrs. Talbot enjoys spending time with her family, her husband of 26 years and her two children. Activities she enjoys are running/walking, golfing, swimming and spending time with family and friends.

About Mr. Deveau : Mr. Deveau is a graduate of Salem State University where he studied Physical Education (PreK-8, and 5-12), and minored in Biology. He also has his Masters in Physical Education from Salem State University. Mr. Deveau taught K-4 Physical education at the CGS from 2006-2011. He then taught Physical education at Methuen High School from 2011-2018, and was a varsity hockey coach at MHS from 2007-2016, and continues to referee ice hockey at all levels since 2006 . Currently, Mr. Deveau is back at the CGS teaching 5-8 Physical Education. Mr. Deveau enjoys fitness, recreational sports such as tennis, golf, mountain biking, hiking. He also enjoys all Boston sports teams, especially the Bruins! Mr. Deveau is a movie and music enthusiast and enjoys playing guitar and drums with his two sons, Max and Nolan. This is Mr. Deveau's 14th year as a physical education teacher in Methuen, and 18th year teaching Physical Education .
