12:00 noon - Registration opens - Hycroft Lobby. Delegates pick up voting cards (if applicable).
12:30 pm - 4 pm Optional Guided Walking Tours: Meet at Hycroft at 12:30 pm.
3:30 - 5:30 pm CFUW BC Council Executive Meeting
5:30 pm - 9 pm Opening Reception.
5:30 Meet & Greet. Music by UWCV member Pat Stark.
6:30 pm Opening Ceremonies with special guests:

Saturday May 6
On Saturday, a Silent Auction will be held to benefit the CFUW Charitable Trust.
8:00 - 8:45 am Registration Open - Hycroft Lobby.
9:00 am - 11:45 am CFUW BC Council Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Hycroft Ballroom. Open to all CFUW members free of charge. Silent Auction Tables in McRae Lounge.
12:15 - 2 pm Luncheon with Keynote Speaker in Hycroft Ballroom. Dr. Joy Johnson, President and Vice-Chancellor of Simon Fraser University, and professor in its Faculty of Health Sciences, addressed “Difference Matters: What’s Next for University Leadership.”
2:15 - 3:15 pm Afternoon Concurrent Workshops:
Workshop #1: "Leading the Way to Ecosystem Sustainable Agriculture," presented by Rhonda Milliken, Ph.D., M.Sc., RPBio., ITA Horticulture. Dr. Milliken is a retired ecologist and entrepreneur with Nativus and EchoTrack Inc. who is experimenting with growing fruit in harmony with wildlife using an Ecosystem Certification approach to vineyard management to replace chemicals with the natural resilience of native plants. Through this citizen-science, she is showing how current approaches to fire management and agriculture are having unintended consequences that increase risks we are trying to abate.
Workshop #2: “Leading the Way to End Human Trafficking for Sexual Exploitation,” presented by Cathy Peters of the Be Amazing Campaign. Ms. Peters is a former inner city high school teacher raising awareness about Human Sex Trafficking, Sexual Exploitation and Child Sex Trafficking in order to stop it.

3:45 - 4:45 pm Member Dialogue Session.
5:30 pm Reception in Hycroft Ballroom.
6:00 pm Dinner. CFUW Charitable Trust Silent Auction winning bidders announced.
7:30 pm Entertainment by Capilano University Music Theatre Program.
Sunday May 15
8:30 am Morning Reflection by Frances McDonnell who holds degrees in Religion, Theology and Arab and Islamic studies from the University of Sydney.
9:00 am Light Breakfast Buffet in Bluebird Solarium.
10:00 am BC Council Networking Session highlighting club activities and actions in areas such as advocacy, membership and communication.
12:00 noon Closing
