U-1-a Class 4-8-2 "Mountain" Type
This group consisted of four locomotives built by the American Locomotive Company in Schenectady numbered 600-603. One was scrapped in 1955, two in 1956 and one in 1959. They had 73 inch drivers for powering passenger trains.
