CRERMA is asking that neighbors PLEASE clear all ditches and culverts.
Please make sure you have no trees leaning over the driveway that may impact larger vehicles upon entering and leaving the housing area.
The water needs to flow freely in the ditches so there is not a negative impact to our roads system, or other neighbor's properties.
Please slow down when you see neighbors working the shoulders and remember that pedestrians have the right of way.
Vegetative growth next to the roadways was identified as an issue at the annual meeting this year.
There are some properties where alders/maples/firs or other trees were growing in the ditch or road shoulder. We are asking that all trees be cleared at least 10 feet from the driveway.
Excessive blackberries and other brush growing on the shoulder also force pedestrians onto the roadway which can cause public safety hazards
It is the responsibility of home owners to clear all property ditches, even the parts of your property that are NOT in the front of your home.
If you need assistance in defining your property line, please contact a Board member.
If you need a reasonable tree/ditch service company to do your work, the Board has found the best rates from:
