Minor bug fixes to CasualConc beta

I found a couple of bugs in Word Count and the system, so I fixed them.

Bug fixes

System

- if a newer version of sqlite3-ruby was installed, CasualConc was not able to read certain application settings as well as the contents of database files.

Word Count

- keyness statistics were not available when importing a word list to the right table right if a word list was not crated on the right table prior to importing

- Chi-square statistic was not calculated when words did not exist on the reference corpus (the list on the right table)
