A few more bug fixes to CasualConc 2.0 beta

I fixed a few more bugs, one of which was reported.

The addressed bugs are:

• • the span of context was not correct when creating a collocation table from a concord result

  • import limit was not properly imposed when importing data from File Info table to some of the visualization tools.

  • applying spelling variations was not functioning

The latest build is 2015/10/14.
