To use the Database Editor, go to Menu -> Tool -> Database Editor.
When the window opens, it shows the list of files included in the current database file on the top table.
To edit existing files, simply click the file name to show the matched texts on the middle table.
Click a pair in the middle table to show the texts in the bottom text boxes.
Edit the text in the text boxes and click Update Entry button.
You can add pairs of text manually.
Enter a sudo-file name for the new entries in the upper right text box and click Add Blank File Row.
A new files are added to the table with the specified name.
Select the added file row on the table. You see no entries on the middle table.
Enter matched text in the text boxes at the bottom.
And click Add as New Entry button.
The new pair of text will appear on the middle table.
You can import formatted matched text file by clicking Import button. See the section in Managing Parallel Corpus for information about importing files.
You can save the working database file by clicking Save As... button.
Select a pair of files on the top table and click Delete File Pair button.
Select a pair of matched entry in the middle table and click Delete Entry button.
