Above is an email I received from a student after sending home a note in his diary explaining how well he is behaving and engaging during class.

Above is the Behavior Reporting system I had to use in order to report a child for head locking another student in my class.

Above is another online behavior reporting system I had to complete, ethically in order to report misconduct in my class.
Above is the "homework club" where teachers electronically insert student's names that need to complete unfinished work. I used this every week.
