Each year our club offers projects based on youth interest. Projects are run by both adult leaders and youth leaders. Project leaders set a meeting schedule, usually once per month. Project meetings are generally held at the clubhouse on our farm. During project meetings, youth participate in experiential learning. Youth must meet minimum of 6 hours to be eligible for entry to SM County Fair.
We are currently offering the following animal projects at Crystal Springs Farm. Members may raise animals at our farm or at home. Rabbits are raised at home. Beginning youth may opt to join a project for learning purposes only and not raise an animal. They can shadow an older youth who will mentor them through the year.
