Community Service

Community Service: Making a Difference Together!

At our - club, we believe in giving back to our community and making the world a better place through hands-on service. Our members take part in a variety of impactful community service events, reflecting the core values of 4-H: Head, Heart, Hands, and Health.

Our activities include:

• Plogging: Combining fitness and environmental stewardship, our members pick up litter while hiking on local trails.

• Senior Center Visits: We visit seniors, make and bring cards for them on days like Valentine's Day, sharing stories about 4-H, and more!

• Holiday Gift Boxes: Each year, we create holiday gift boxes for Samaritan’s Purse, spreading joy to children around the world.

• -Beach Clean-Up: Our members help protect the environment by removing trash and debris from our local beaches.

• Food Bank Volunteering: We volunteer at food banks, sorting and distributing food to families in need.

Through these activities, we embody the 4-H pledge to use our heads for clearer thinking, our hearts for greater loyalty, our hands for larger service, and our health for better living. By participating in these community service projects, we develop leadership skills, strengthen our ties to the community, and promote the well-being of both people and the planet.
