Burlingame-San Mateo 4-H Club

The BSM 4-H club is located at Crystal Springs Farm.  We have a clubhouse on the Farm where all of our club meetings take place, as well as project meetings.  We look forward to welcoming you to our club and invite you to fill out our Interest Form if you would like to check out a meeting and join us!

Come learn about our club and discover what we do in 4-H, an informal educational youth development program conducted by the University of California Cooperative Extension for young people ages 5-19. 

4-H offers a wide variety of fun opportunities in the areas of:

• Animal Science

• Home Economics

• Computers and Technology

• Environmental and Plant Science

• Art

• Leadership

For youth to:

• Develop initiative and assume responsibility.

• Develop leadership skills and be of service to others.

• Develop the ability to live and work cooperatively with others.

• Acquire knowledge and skills and explore careers.

• Achieve satisfaction from work and accomplishments.

• Develop a positive self-image.

by hands-on "learning by doing" participation in group or individual projects lead by our dedicated 4-H parents and volunteers.  Young people develop and discover their potential, and enjoy learning in a friendly atmosphere with family and friends.
