Work comp rules and minimum payroll by state for Sole Prop, LLC and Corporations

For work comp quotes: Start with Attune to quote Employers and their new product. Then try Next. If these don't work, Sole Pro should have a market.
Sole Pro does offer ghost policies and a lot of companies. This is where you can place almost any risk. Make sure to get their AM best company.
Other options are: AllRisk and NCRB.
