When a customer ask a question that you do not know:
1. Find out the answer. Be creative!! You are a smart person & will retain information better if you learn it firsthand rather than having it dictated to you. We are always looking for ways to improve & refine, you may learn updated information that will benefit everyone in the office.
Call the insurance company for your answer, check the DMV website, and look in the insurance company underwriting guidelines (available on every carrier’s website)…Creative thinking is the best challenge.
2. Complete the FAQS template (See below for attachment) and email to brian@brownphillips.com
3. Brian will review the answer and then post to BPIntranet under faqs page for future reference.
