Company Notes
ASI & Progressive Bundle
Address Change for Renters
We have to call UW to have them make this change as you cannot do in the system. You could also email endorsements
Billing due dates
The drop date is when the invoice is generated. Payment is due every 90 days from inception for 4 pay, not necessarily the same day every third month. Example: effective date of the policy is 9/7, invoice mailed (drop date) 11/6 due 12/5, then 2/4 due 3/5, then 5/5 due 6/3
For auto payments, it is due every 30 days and not the same day each month. This does generate a payment schedule but the 4 pay does not.
Business exposure
As far as types of business exposures ASI does permit, a home office without any client visitation is the best example of where we typically can grant exception.
A note of caution though...and we mention this more for the client's benefit...you may not want to place a home-based business with products / material being maintained and/or fabricated at the home, with ASI. Since our overall platform is not set-up to accommodate business exposures, we have some exclusions tied to a business exposure, and also very limited coverage for business property.
The base policy would exclude coverage for any other/detached structure(s) from which any business is conducted, and the Coverage C special sub-limit for business property is $2500 with no endorsement to increase the limit.
Package discount
I was just informed that the bundle discounts will apply for both home and auto if either are written within 90 days of each other
The discount for the home applies to Progressive agent auto policies. If the discount is added to an ASI policy for a Progressive Direct Auto, it may process at first but it will be audited and most likely caught and removed.
Discount Amount
ASI 6% with Progressive Auto and 3% with one of our other auto companies
Progressive up to 10% discount (can be as little as 1%) on the auto if you have an ASI home or renters policy.
ASI Umbrella
Progressive has moved the umbrella over to the ASI system now.
Below are some notes:
You have to start the quote in ASI as you can no longer just do the auto and hit the cross sell to pull the information over.
When binding, the system asks for the the app to be uploaded. We don’t have to upload the app. Just keep them in our files.
3. When binding, the system asks for auto and home dec pages. We don’t have to upload those. It does require something to be attached, so just attach the auto app. If either the home or auto is not with Progressive, you would need to get a copy of their policy to send to ASI. You do have to at least have the auto or home to get the umbrella.
4. There is a notes section on the bind page where you can input the auto and home policy numbers if with Progressive vs uploading dec pages.

EchoSign
Email Address - A user already has
I can't change my email address – The system says a user already exists with my email
If you are trying to change the email address on your account and you are presented with the error message above, then what has likely happened is someone has sent an agreement to the email address you want to use.
When an agreement is sent to an email address, EchoSign has to associate that agreement transaction with the email ID that is applying a signature. This reserves that email address as a unique entity in the EchoSign system. Not a true ‘user’ but something very close.
To make this email address available for you to use on your Active or Production account, you will need to remove it from this reserved status by registering it as a Free account, and then changing the email address on that Free account.
Verify the email change, and once you have done that, the email you want to use will no longer be in the EchoSign system.
At this point you can log into your Production userID and change the email address.
Step by Step:
1. Register the email address you want to use at https://secure.echosign.com/public/register for a Free account
2. Log in to the Free account and change the email address under the account tab.
a. Save the change
3. Go to the email box for the address you just changed the Free account to and verify the email address change.
4. Log into your Production EchoSign account and change the email to the new value you want to be using.
a. Save the Change
5. Go to the email box for the address you just changed your Production account to and verify the address change.
You can now log into your production account using your new email address as the login Email. Your password has not changed.
Mobile Device - SNL
If a client is signing a Statement of No Loss form on a mobile device, the link in the Partner email doesn’t work. We need to email them a PDF copy directly from EchoSign.

Renewal Grace Period (Reinstate)
According to Faith at Foremost, you have 9 days to reinstate w/o having to rewrite as new. Just make payment and policy will renew if within those days.
National General (Was GMAC)
Affiliation Discount
To apply a GMAC affiliation discount to a policy mid-term (GMAC Mortgage, loan, etc.) we have to submit endorsement request by fax along w/ documentation of the affiliation. Discount only applies to physical damage and is about 2 or 3%
Clue Reports
When writing policies, make sure to input the clients full name vs. a name they may go by. Ex: Do not use Jackie for Jacqueline. Doing this may cause a claim to be missed and not pulled into the claim list, and later added to a policy.
See policy notes for Jackie Bundy.
Credit Score Changes at Renewal
GMAC will update a clients credit score at renewals if we send request in writing. This is useful, if you requote and see the score has improved. Or if they say they are getting a lower rate from another GMAC agent. This may be what is causing it.
Use fax cover sheet in partner GMAC: GMAC - UW - Update Credit Score
and send copy of new quote showing the new score. Remember Z is the best score and A is the lowest.
Due Dates
For 6 Month Policy - 2 Pay Plan: 2nd payment due in 75 days.
For 12 Month Policy - 2 Pay Plan: 2nd payment due in 90 days.
DWI Risk - License Status
The client has to have a valid license status or eligible to be reinstated in order to get the voluntary rates. If not, NG will cede the policy. Make sure to put correct status in quote.
EFT - Changing Bank Accounts
Have to complete a new EFT form: click here for form
Do not have to have a voided check.
If changing current EFT account, write "Revised Account Info" on form
EFT - Draft Date Change
The draft date defaults to the effective date of the policy. You can change but the max you can go out is 35 days from effective date as the system will not go more than 35 days without a payment.
EFT - New policy set up
You must take a down payment in order for EFT to be set up on new policies. If you do not take a down payment, the policy will not be set up on EFT.
ID vs Valid License
When the system pulls back that the client has an ID card vs having a valid license this does make the rates go up if you have physical damage coverage. The system lets you change back to valid, but you do want to verify with the client that they have a valid license or the limited privilege license (for DUI clients) or that they are going to be getting the issue resolved.
Sometimes a person may not know their license is not valid due to an unpaid fine.
If you do change to valid, they system will most likely create a todo and want proof, but it will not always create a todo.
Moped vs Scooter
Mopeds are all written voluntary as NCRF will not cede.
Moped is less than or equal to 50 ccs. Over 50 is considered a scooter and is written like a MC.
Mopeds can only be on their own policy or with another moped or golf cart or atv.
Only limits are 30/60 and can do PD.
1 driver with valid DL is required.
Motorcycle - with DWI
The Physical Damage with the DWI is possible but it can ONLY be the 12 point DWI charge and on certain bikes and if driver is over certain age. The system will let you know if it is available.
Motorcycle - Issuing without social
In order to issue MC policy without a social, on first page where it ask for credit action code, input N1.
On page with social, enter 999-99-9999
Moving out of State
We are no longer updating an address for clients that move out of state and are insured with NG.
NG cancels physical damage within 10 days if we do this. We are now cancelling the policy instead.
If they are moving to SC or GA, we can offer to rewrite with Progressive before cancelling.
Otherwise:
Advise insured if they live outside of NC they have to get other coverage and we cannot update their address but rather have to cancel the policy
Advise we can cancel with a future date up to 30 days in order to give them time to find other insurance
Send them to website to e-sign cancellation request
NCDOT Number
If the client does not yet have, enter this as the number 1111111
If you don't then it will refer to underwriting.
Non-business use
You can't get this category if you do the quick quote option. You have to do full quote and type in Non-Business.
OEM Parts
This is not offered on the auto product but is offered on the motorcycle product.
Online system Changes Clients Can Make
1. Make a Payment
2. View Payment History
3. Change email address phone number, opt in for Service Calls/Texts
4. Reinstate
5. Endorse policy
a. Add/Delete Vehicle
b. Add/Delete Driver (Direct/Internet only)
6. View policy documents and contracts
7. Sign up for Go Paperless via initial splash screen
8. eSign Documents
9. Request ID Cards
10. View Claims History
11. Report a Claim
NC policies also allow you to print the FS-1 and DL-123.
Payment Received but policy still cancelled
Sometimes NG may receive a payment from an insured on a policy that has already cancelled. When that occurs, NC applies the payment however the policy remains cancelled. NG mails a letter to the insured, as well as to us, advising they have done so.
Most of the time we can still reinstate the policy with a Statement Of No Loss, or SNL + the next payment.
When we receive these letters:
1. Find out what we need to reinstate policy (if it is still within the guidelines to reinstate coverage),
2. Contact insured & advise,
3. Make notes in Partner that we received the letter & any action taken,
4. File letter in agency file.
Permit Drivers - With accidents
If a driver with a permit has an accident, GMAC will charge points for the accident. They will not charge inexperience because only permit status, but will charge for the accident.
Real Estate Agents - Business Use
NG will write physical damage for Real Estate agens as long as they do not have signage on the cars. If they have signage on the cars, the risk is not eligible for physical damage.
Real estate agents without a sign on the car are acceptable.
Real estate agents with a sign on the car are not acceptable.
Unacceptable Risks for Physical Damage (Business use for PPA policies)
We will not write any vehicles with: Vehicles with logos, signs or advertising
Refunds - Re-issued
NG will not re-issue a refund until 30 days after the first one is mailed.
Reinstatements
If today is the cancel date, the $25 reinstatement fee has not yet been added. Make sure to include that in total to give client if they are not paying today. The fee will show the next day. Also include the $15 agency fee.
If the client reinstates within 7 days of the next payment due, NG will require the second payment along with reinstatement fee unless you chat to get an exception. If you do chat to get the exception, you will need their payment info as you will have to post the payment while chatting with NG so they can manually reinstate after the exception payment is posted.
Removing 2nd named insured
If you have a couple that is separating, you can remove the 2nd named insured without rewriting both policies. To do so, change the second named insured to Other (vs NI). Then you can delete them from the policy with a subsequent endorsement.
Otherwise, NG will instruct you to rewrite BOTH policies.
SmartDrive App
Once the policy is bound, the driver that has the SmartDrive discount is required to not only download the Route Report app but to also take their first trip. If they do not do this then on the 7th day a follow up email is sent and on the 14th day the discount is removed and cannot be added back on. Unless an exception is made.
Title Purpos Only
How to list someone for title purpose only:
To list people for Title Purposes Only on NG, their relationship must read Named Insured, rather than Parent or Other. Otherwise, the risk will be “ineligible” and they will have to be rated.
TNC Usage
Use this for anyone that drives Uber or Lyft.
If they also do delivery and are actively logged into an app for that, then check yes to delivery under the TNC question.
HartFord
Billing - Collecting No Down payments
3 ways we can issue a home policy without an electronic down payment:
If the policy is mortgagee bill
If the policy is insured bill and the effective date is more than 30 days out
If we are transferring a book of business
Evidence of Insurance from Partner
Hartford evidence of insurance does not pull the dwelling limit or the deductible for some reason.
May sure to add this when sending over evidence's of insurance to Mortgage Companies.
Home Policies - Photos Required
Hartford is now notifying us if photos are required. This sentence appears at the bottom of the quote page if photos are required:
Photos are required - 1 of the front, back, each side, house number, rear yard of the property and any structures on the property. Please send the photos to homepics@thehartford.com within 10 days of submission; please include the policy number in the subject line.
This will appear if quoting with less than $150,000 in coverage A (Hartford will allow us to quote this low, however, anything lower than $150,000 does not meet their underwriting guidelines, and they will not write).
If this sentence does appear (we may need photos if it’s an older home, or the insurance score is Average or Acceptable) and we still wish to write with Harford, apply the auto credit – it seems that photos are not required if we apply the package credit as opposed to writing it as a mono-line home policy.
No Hit Score
Hartford will write policy with No Hit.
If you get social security number after running quote, do not update with Hartford. You run the risk of the application being declined.
Umbrella Policies - how to issue
This is a manual calculation and you have to submit the application by fax to get issued. Attached is the manual to calculate rates. You can also find under documents and the BPI folder.
Use the New Client Sheet: New Client Check List - Hartford - Umbrella.
Wind & Hail Exclusion
Hartford will write policy with wind/hail eclusion as long as greater than 2k feet from coast.
If with in 2k feet of coast, can not wrie.
Verify Distance using Costimator. Select Hazord look up on first screen and it will prompt you on next screen if acceptable or not.
JIBNA
Minimum Value
We do not insure any item under $1k unless it is a set.
Receipts
We will need a sales receipt of the piece was purchased within the past two years.
A credit card statement will suffice.
The jeweler is required to keep receipts on file for at least 3 years.
If it was a gift from someone other than a spouse mark gift.
Rolex Watches
For Rolex watches we need a sales receipt, if purchased within the last 24 months.
We also need copies of the warranty documents, or an appraisal from an authorized Rolex retailer.
Kemper
Billing Changes - If on EFT or Recurring CC
If a client is on EFT or recurring credit card and you want to change the pay plan, you can change in the system, but it will still draft the original amount.
So, you have to call Kemper and have them zero out the balance and then get a manual payment from client.
Ex: Client is on 1 pay with recurring credit card and now wants to be on monthly. You have to call Kemper to change and then get the first payment from client manually and then the next month it will pick back up on the monthly rcc draft.
Billing Documents
How to find client billing documents
I was able to late it by clicking on View Policyholder Documents on the right side of the Agent Inside homepage. I did a search through that link and when you search the insureds information, one of the links that pull up will be "billing notices" and thats where the bill can be found.

Facility vs. Voluntary
Facility: V - Z
If facility, have to add CTR charge on vehicles screen and fax CTR form to Kemper.
This also has to be approved by underwriting.
Update on tiers:
Automobile revisions will be implemented in Unitrin Safeguard Insurance Company (USIC) effective 7/1/2010 for new and 9/15/2010 for renewal business.
We will be reducing our ceded tiers from V-Z to only tier Z. At the same time, tiers A-U will shift down to tiers G-Y. This will allow us to open tiers A-F with more competitive prices on our auto product. With the tier restructure, our USIC auto commissions schedule was updated; the bulletin regarding this has been previously released.
HE7 Changes
Kemper, A Unitrin Business, is updating the availability of HE 00 07 forms in North Carolina for Unitrin Auto and Home Insurance Company. We are currently sending out policy change notices to inform all impacted policyholders.
Effective immediately, the below criteria will be applicable to both new and renewal business:
· Form HE 00 07 is only available West of I-95
· Uncapped Replacement Cost Dwelling (RCD) is no longer available
· Endorsement HE 3222 must be added with either 125 percent or 150 percent capped RCD
· Maximum of 125 percent RCD available for those wholly or partially East of I-95
· Minimum $1,000 all peril deductible is required
For all renewal policies the HE 3222 endorsement will be added at the next renewal period with the applicable cap.

High Value Homes - 750K and greater
Kemper will write homes valued higher than this but it is subject to UW approval and the following conditions:
- Anything $750k or over in Protection Class 1-8 will require front and back photos along with a Replacement Cost Estimate completed in our system prior to approval. The same goes for Protection Class 9 for anything $500k and over.
- Central station burglar and fire alarms required.
- If it gets too high in value like say approaching $2mil then it’s not really our appetite. Aside from that, we require the central alarm and then it needs to meet the regular requirements with regards to updates and location.
Inexperienced drivers - Updating years licensed
If a kid needs to have their years licensed updated mid-term, Kemper does not do this automatically.
You have to email underwriting to have this done. See uw page for current uw

Lititz
Additional Interest for DP Policies
Lititz cannot add anyone including a property management company to the dwelling fire policies.
From what I have found, unfortunately ISO does not have a form to addressed this filed for Dwelling policies. Since we are an ISO company, we rely on their forms to be filed in the state. I will bring it up as something we need to find a way to address.

VIP already includes a 1% smoke detector credit, you only add the premise alarm credit endorsement if the insured has more than smoke detectors, dead bolt locks and fire extinguishers. To add the alarm discount, on optional coverages page, select the option: Protective Devices and then select the alarm type.
Billing
When the policy is issued, an invoice is also issued. It will give the insured their billing options at that time. Once the first payment is received, the billing plan will be entered in the system. The insured has the option of changing the way they pay their bill each year. This year installments will be better...next year maybe the full pay will work better. Our billing options are quarterly, semi-annual and annual. This will all be explained on their billing notice. Your agency will also receive a copy of the billing notice. Your copy will say "DO NOT PAY - Mortgagee or Other billed." The insured's statement will obviously not say that.
There is an installment fee of $3 in NC along with a late fee of $10 and a reinstatement fee of $25 if those situations should happen.
FAQS
1. When a client is declined for credit, where is the adverse action letter we can print to give to them?
2. Just to verify, the system does not pull in the claims, we have to manually enter them?
3. What is the minimum limit for Coverage C on a renters policy?
4. Can you get replacement cost on coverage A for a DP3 policy?
5. To confirm, in order to write a 2nd home, Lititz must write primary?
6. On DP3 policy, do we have to manually enter limit for coverage D & E or is this a percentage of A?
1. We do not currently have a credit letter that can be given to the insured.
2. That is correct. The clue report is attached, but you must also provide the information on the History tab and in the underwriting questions.
3. Our minimum is $6,000. However, if replacement cost on contents is desired, the minimum is $10,000.
4. The DP3 is a replacement cost policy, therefore, as long as the dwelling is insured to 80% of RC, the insured will receive RC in the event of claim up to the Coverage A limit. Specified Additional Amount of Coverage A is not available in the dwelling fire program.
5. Yes, Lititz Mutual does require the primary in order to write a secondary residence for the insured.
6. The DP2 and DP3 automatically provide 10% of Cov A for Other Structures and 20% of Cov A for Loss of Rents. These limits are in the policy form and not printed on the quote or the dec.

HO3 for kids when parents own home
If the deed is only in the parent's names, and there is no 'lease purchase' 'contract of sale' or legal lifetime rights agreement for the child. then it is a rental property relationship and would be written as a DW and the child would need an HO4. If deeded to the parents & the child, OK to write child as Named Insured (since they are the occupant) & parents as N/I.
Hope that helps
Nikol
I have found that if there is a specific clause in the Trust document giving a person(s) living in the home the right to occupy the home, they may be named as the named insured and the Trust as the Additional Insured. If this specific wording does not exist, it would need to be DW in the name of the Trust .
Thanks,
Nikol

Dwelling Fire policies may be in the name of an LLC.
Oil Tanks - in-ground oil tanks
At this point, we do not have any restrictions against writing a risk with an underground tank; however coverage can be very limited on the HO if a claim arises. No on premises clean-up; however, there MAY be some liability protection if it affects a neighboring property and meets all conditions under the policy language.
Thanks,
Nikol
Hi Brian,
Provided that everything else is eligible, we would not have a concern with an underground propane tank. As of right now, any underground tanks that are in good condition are eligible. This could be changing in the next upcoming weeks with an update to our U/W guidelines since most companies are no longer writing underground liquid fuel tanks.
Thanks,
Nikol
Quotes in system
Quotes only stay in the system for 60 days. If you are writing a policy out more than that, make a note to re-save within 60 days.
Trust - Name of policy needs to be a trust
Can you list the name for the policy as a trust?
If it is a homeowner's policy, the named insured must be a person that is residing in the home, but you are able to add the Trust as an Additional Insured under HO 04 41. If this is a Dwelling Fire quote, you may have the Trust as the Named Insured.
Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Nikol

NFS - Foremost Flood
Cancellations and Refunds
Rebekah: Hi, my name is Rebekah. How may I help you?
Brian Phillips: I had a question on the flood policy. If cancelled, can it be refuned?
Brian Phillips: Or transferred to the new home owner?
Brian Phillips: I really could not find any info on these two questions.
Brian Phillips: Or transfered to a new location?
Rebekah: If the current owner wishes to cancel the policy, we will need a signed cancellation form from the agent & insured along with a copy of the settlement paperwork. We will cancel it back to the date of the sale.
Brian Phillips: and refund the difference?
Rebekah: If they wish to transfer it to the new owners, we will need a signed request to transfer the names with the agent and the current named insured's signatures.
Rebekah: Yes, for the sale, we will refund the difference, pro-rated from the date of the sale. But only if it's cancelled.
Brian Phillips: But no refund if they just decided to cancel
Brian Phillips: for whatever reason
Rebekah: You can't just cancel the policy without a reason being provided, and it would only qualify for building sold in this case.
Brian Phillips: I was just thinking if they decide they didn't want the coverage anymore.
Rebekah: That isn't a valid reason for cancellation. The reasons for cancellations are identified by the NFIP and are in the manual. If you go to Links, Flood Manual, May 1st 2010, then click on Main Edition PDF, it will take you to the main page of the manual. If you place your cursor on Cancellation/Nullification you can pull up the different cancellation reasons.
Brian Phillips: got it
Brian Phillips: thanks
These manuals are saved in scanned files folder under Flood Manuals.
OEM parts coverage
Original equipment manufacturer is when a company will put back parts after a claim with original parts. Most companies will use after market parts but some clients prefer only the OEM parts.
Only a few of the companies offer this coverage for an additional premium.
For auto policies: Kemper and Safeco do offer:
Kemper: you select yes to this coverage on the vehicle page.
Safeco: You have to select the Enhanced coverage option and then on the coverage screen select yes to this coverage.
For motorcycle policies: National General will offer this coverage. Select yes to the coverage on the coverage screen.

Progressive
Bills less $10
Progressive will not bill out for anything less $10 and it will roll over to renewal or next bill generated if premium change.
Commercial Auto - Courier's vs Expediter's
If quoting a delivery “Courier” they will only do that class on private passenger vehicle’s vans and P/U 9000 pounds or less and only within a 50 mile radius.
If it is more than 9000 pound GVW or more than 50 miles they will change to “Expediter” class which increases the rate.
The system will NOT give you any pop up’s on this but I did ask them to see about getting that added to the new system rating.
I had a box truck at 200 miles 10000 pounds and the system gave no indication to make any changes or that it was not acceptable etc.
EFT date change
One can change their payment due date with a 10 day time frame, and for any months they have remaining on the policy, with the exception of the month prior to and the month of renewal. The client has to call billing directly to make this change.
Umbrella Policy Payments
For these policies you have to mail in or call directly to Progressive. We can't take the payments either as they are on separate system.

Safeco
Billing Due Date Change
If a bill has been sent, you can change if it is within 10 days. This applies to EFT as well.
Go to Bill Info then click on Adjust current bill then click on Postpone Deduction Date: and then enter the date which can't be more than 10 days in the future
Claims - Clients with prior claims on home
If insured has low credit score and/or prior claims, Get UW approval before issuing policy.
Email to roynor@safeco.com or call 877-566-6001 to have reviewed by underwriter. Include agent # 43-1103 and quote name in email.
Update info 1/22/14
If they only have one loss and the market tier is below H53, don’t worry about calling unless there is another specific concern (age of roof, large prior loss, etc). For all property products, H53 and higher with more than one loss is generally not going to be acceptable (can review on a case-by-case basis).

Claims - Claims that need further review
Water Claims
Fire Claims
Theft Claims
Liability Claims
Any claims that shows negligence are looked at harder.
All claims should be explained in detailed. Best to get emailed explanation from insured. If repairs are made, please make notes. The more information given in the notes the better.
Comp Claims to add or not
Do we have to count comp claims for client if they were charged on parents policy or can you delete them?
Answer from UW
That’s fine to delete. As far as am I’m concerned and the general consensus here is that Comprehensive losses will follow the policy holder. True accidents follow the operator. If it is a true accident and no operator is listed, it is placed on the policyholder unless documentation can be provided. All losses within the previous 5 years prior to the inception date, even 0 paid need to be listed, except for Towing and Labor.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Matthew Reeves
Crawl Space vs Slab foundation
The foundation type is a market tiering factor for us, which can impact premium. Slab is the least preferred and crawlspace is the most preferred of the different options.
I believe the reason for that (and I’m not the product manager who decides on the rating factors) is because a crawlspace oftentimes affords us the opportunity to repair/replace plumbing under the home when it becomes an issue and is much cheaper to work on than having to go under or through the slab…(Derek Illston, AIC)
Dwelling Fire Policy - Rental homes
Safeco requires both auto and home to write a dwelling fire policy.
Home policy with Mortgage
Always quote Safeco home policies as if they have a mortgage, unless you are 100% sure they do not have one.
Make sure to include in rater that client has a mortgage.
Safeco's premiums are higher when a client has a mortgage.
Liability for Rental Home extended from Primary
Above is notes on this, but Safeco does not do.
30 Day Quote Issue
Safeco will only let you issue a policy 30 days into the future. You can quote 60 days, but can only issue 30 days. If insured accepts quote and there is a future date of more than 30 days, get signed app and hold before issuing until 30 days out.
Solution: Complete the entire application process all the way to the end in the application process, but just do not issue the policy. When the time comes to issue the policy, do not select edit on the quote, just select issue. This will allow you to issue the policy how it was.
If you select edit, the rate could change.
Reinstatements
Safeco DOES NOT REINSTATE.
They will call it a reinstatement, but it is actually a rewrite with a lapse. They keep the same policy number but get a new effective date and if the rates have changed they get the new rates.

IE8 Update
When updating to IE8 have to make the following change:
Internet options->Advanced->Security->Uncheck tab called: Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks
IE9 Info
Make sure to always use the IE 32 Bit and not 64 Bit
If the instal does not work, may have to call them as the steps it took were a lot, but last time I was using the 64bit by mistake.
I had taken down a lot of steps, but too many to list. Just call if an issue.
PJC
When entering in a PJC, Montgomery does not recognize a PJC and will calculate it as a speeding ticket. Best to leave those out of the rating.
Trampolines
Hartford & Kemper
Will allow a trampoline on the premises as long as it has the safety netting and adult supervision.
Montgomery & UNA & Lititz & Bankers
Does not allow trampolines at all.
Safeco
Here is what Julie emailed me about Safeco’s guidelines: We have no restrictions for homes with trampolines. Basically, we would rely on our agents to confirm there have been no losses and are comfortable with the applicants' use and maintenance of the trampoline.
Victoria
Billing - Renewal Due Date
Victoria does issue renewals with an earlier due date than the policies effective date. Normally about 2 weeks. The insured does have till the renewal effective date to pay the bill and will NOT be charged a late fee.
