2016 Prize Winners

The week prior to the 2016 Bowlin Cup had seen rain almost every day. As such, the courses were in beautiful shape. And the golf was pretty good too! On the first day of competition under sunny skies, several matches went down to the last hole!!! And the result of these hard fought matches ... every team wound up with 2 1/2 points!?!?! What are the chances???

The second day was played at Kingswood under sunny skies again. The weather was absolutely gorgeous ... verging on hot. The alternate shot competition found players in positions to which they were unaccustomed! It is always interesting. Though there was a clear leader, the difference in points between the last team and the first team was only 2 points. The individual matches on Friday will be more important than ever.

The Country Club played host to our individual matches and did not disappoint. The team total points tells the story as the difference from last place to second place was only 1 point!!!

In first place with 11 1/2 points was Team 1, The Pink Ladies! Congratulations on well fought matches!!!!!

Team 3 had 10 points and came in second place! The Dominators almost dominated!!! Congratulations to them!!!!!

Team 2 had 9 points.

Team 4 had 9 1/2 points.
