Past Plan: Bicycle and Pedestrian Data Subcommittee's old 3-Year Strategic Plan covers 2018 through 2020. The strategic plan outlines how the subcommittee intends to enhance, enable, and support bicycle and pedestrian data collection technologies, methods and management techniques in the coming years.
