General Instructions:
Create a new survey using a "form" in Google Drive

Think of 10 questions you'd like to ask your classmates, and add them to your survey.
questions should be either multiple choice or true/false
check for spelling or grammar errors in all your questions and answer choices
Select a theme for your survey
"Share" your survey publicly
Go to your website, and create a new webpage called "Survey"
"Insert" the survey form into your "Survey" webpage from Google Drive
Email the link (url) of your new "Survey" webpage to simmerj@bibbed.org, and share your survey with me as well.
I will post the link to your "Survey" webpage onto the class website, so we can all take each other's surveys.
