Assignment 6:  Creating a Survey

General Instructions:

1. Create a new survey using a "form" in Google Drive

2. Think of 10 questions you'd like to ask your classmates, and add them to your survey.  

   • questions should be either multiple choice or true/false

   • check for spelling or grammar errors in all your questions and answer choices

3. Select a theme for your survey

4. "Share" your survey publicly

5. Go to your website, and create a new webpage called "Survey"

6. "Insert" the survey form into your "Survey" webpage from Google Drive

7. Email the link (url) of your new "Survey" webpage to simmerj@bibbed.org, and share your survey with me as well. 

8. I will post the link to your "Survey" webpage onto the class website, so we can all take each other's surveys.  

9. Go to this Google doc and paste the link to your survey here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PPXNKyCvKq788QBLSIu08o4aG7owcnzzaltd48wRDMo/edit?usp=sharing

10. Once you have completed all the steps, begin taking everyone else's surveys.

Example Survey Question:
