The Awards Committee submits the paperwork for State, Regional and National Garden Club awards. In years where we did not have an Awards Committee, each committee chair submitted the paperwork.
See AFGC website-arkansasfgc.net under “more”, “awards”, for complete instructions, application forms and connection to the SCR and NGC websites for their award information. Clubs must send ALL award applications to the AFGC awards chair by January 1st. The AFGC awards chair will review, score, and submit all award applications to SCR and NGC. An electronic copy and a hard copy of each award application must be sent to the Awards Chairman.
